Location: Miami, Florida

Job duties: Manage the function of business operations optimization. Manage global corporate performance. Determine and apply appropriate analytical skills and technical expertise to streamline business operations at the highest levels of the global organizational matrix. Direct employees to collect data, analyze such data and prepare recommendations to country managers and department heads to improve workflow and performance of business units on an on-going basis. Organize committees and lead meetings as needed to introduce operational changes. Manage the preparation of reports on financial, operational, human resources, and other metrics and report such findings to the Board of Directors. Review reports from country managers and business unit leads and evaluate adherence to established procedures. Measure effectiveness of each change and its impact on performance, marketshare and revenues. Coordinate the screening, analysis and due diligence of mergers and acquisitions transactions. Plan and implement post-merger integration of newly acquired assets. Up to 25% travel, including international, required.


Education: Master of Business Administration or closely related major (foreign equivalent accepted)

Experience: One year experience as a Management Analyst, Associate and Engagement Manager, Corporate Performance Consultant, or related position


One year experience:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic operations improvement plans for multinational companies with over 200 employees and over $50 Million in annual revenues
  2. Researching and preparing guidelines for operational workflow improvements for multiple business units
  3. Preparing analytical reports and presenting operational issues and proposed solutions to Board of Directors
  4. Coordinating due diligence processes, conducting market research, strategic and financial analysis in support of mergers and acquisitions investment decisions
